# Madville Publishing

> Madville Publishing is an independent, nonprofit literary press (501(c)(3)) founded in 2018 by Kimberly Davis and incorporated in Texas in 2019. We publish poetry, literary fiction, creative nonfiction, memoir, literary essays, and a small amount of fantasy. We publish approximately 12–24 titles per year, carefully selected by reviewers with advanced degrees in literature and creative writing.

## What We Publish

Madville publishes literary works in the following genres:
- Poetry (full-length collections)
- Literary fiction (novels, short story collections)
- Creative nonfiction (memoir, essays, hybrid work)
- Anthologies
- Photography

We value language, dialect, and regionalism. Our authors generally write in English but our work straddles cultural and geographic borders. We seek voices that might otherwise go unheard, including notable and emerging authors.
